Scofflaw Flotsam & Jetsam, piCture pOlish Wisteria, and Hare Polish Dauphine of Decadence

Hi there! Hope you all have been having a nice week so far! I present to you, 3 of my beloveds (yes, this is a combined nail art/review, I love doing these!), Scofflaw Flotsam & Jetsam, piCutre pOlish Wisteria, and Hare Polish Dauphine of Decadence. This was my first Scofflaw, and let me tell you, it will NOT be my last!! Take a look:

Such a cute little picture!

Flotsam & Jetsam is described as a mint creme polish with shards and microglitters that are turquoise and purple. It has quite a shimmer to it as well!

Wisteria is a lilac creme, goes on nice and smooth! Probably my favorite brushes are in piCture pOlish bottles.

Dauphine of Decadence is a glitter topper in a clear base with gold, white, and pale mint green.

I used 3 coats of F&J, 2 of Wisteria, and did a glitter gradient with Hare Dauphine. Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter A Peel was used as my base coat (for easy removal of the glitters), and Seche as my top coat. I chose the purple to bring out the shards and microglitters that were the exact same shade:

In direct sunlight:

I love all 3 of these polishes! The Scofflaw was SO easy and even to apply, even with all the glitters, and there was no need to fish for the shards (which really make the polish!). The glitter gradient was an easy addition, just drag your brush up from the bottom to about halfway up your nail, then dabble on more glitters at the base to make it thicker. Dauphine is my absolute favorite topper, and F&J is definitely the perfect spring mint with a little flash! Let me know what you think or if you have any questions! <3 <3

(All polishes have been purchased for my own enjoyment, and all opinions are 100% my own)

Emily de Molly Ground Control and Amazonia

The time has finally come...to try out these amazing Emily de Molly holos!! I will get on with it and show you what you really came here for, not my silly ramblings ;)

For all picture pairs: the left is natural light no flash, the right is natural light with flash. Mr. sun just did NOT want to cooperate today, but the flash pictures turned out just fine and I decided to go with it! I just couldn't wait to show you this gorgeous pair :)

Amazonia: Dark Green Teal base with shifting holo effect. There are beautiful yellows, greens, blues, and even a hint of purple in this one! Seche base, 2 coats.

Ground Control: Medium brown and grey undertones with the holo effect. This one has SO many layers in it, as you can see with the flash on! Just about every color in the rainbow shines through when the light hits it right. Seche base, 2 coats.

The formula was smooth as EDM's always are, and as mentioned before I only needed 2 coats to become opaque and shimmery enough to my liking. You COULD use a third, but it is not needed. I could not pick a favorite between the two! So how about you go and get some yourself (whenever these are restocked on llarowe.com next, they went like hotcakes!) and let me know which is YOUR favorite :) Have a great night! xoxo

(I have purchased these for my own enjoyment, and let me tell you, I enjoy them a LOT!)

piCture pOlish Peacock and Tiffany

I combined a polish review and nail art into my very first nail related post! piCutre pOlish Peacock and Tiffany have the most amazing formulas! So creamy and even and perfect. Excuse the pre clean up, I wanted to get outside before the sun went down to get some decent lighting! I promise I'll get better as I go along :)

I used Seche Clear for my base and Seche Vite for my top coat.

Swatches, 2 coats of each. Peacock has a dark violet base with shifting green, teal, and blues that really sparkle and shine. Tiffany is a delicate light blue creme that goes on like a dream.

My attempt at an abstract feather of some kind to go with the peacock theme:

I used 2 coats of Peacock and 2 coats of Tiffany.

You will hear me rave a LOT about piCutre pOlish, it is definitely my favorite indie brand so far :) The formula goes on amazing, the colors pop, and it really lasts! The only way for you to understand what I mean is to pick up one yourself...and if you already have you know I mean it when I say absolute perfection of quality!

(I have purchased these for my own personal use and am not affiliated with piCture pOlish...but I totally wish I was!)

Welcome to my page!

Hi everyone!!
I've been meaning to jump into blogging about polish for awhile, and the time has finally come (or rather, I actually figured out a name for it...)! Here you will find polish reviews of many different brands, from indies like Emily de Molly to mainstream like Zoya. I will also be posting fun nail art as well, and occasionally, pictures and topics about cute fuzzy animals :) Polish and animals, what could be better than that! Excited for you to come on this journey with me, I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I will enjoy posting to it! For my first picture, here is my baby girl Missy. I love her to pieces!
